Refund Policy

Wallet top-up credits are generally non-refundable once credited. Unused balance may be refunded within 7 days of purchase upon written request to support@otpnexa.com if no messages have been sent using that credit.

Failed message deliveries that were incorrectly charged will be credited back to your wallet after verification by our support team.

For billing disputes, contact support@otpnexa.com within 30 days of the transaction.
